Romney wool is very nice and soft. This wool is very white
with less crimp and luster than Ali Baba’s. The length of her locks is somewhat longer
than the picture shows as that photo was taken of her first fleece. Snowball is the most
standoffish of our sheep. Her wool tends to grow over her face so that she becomes
“wool blind” and needs her “bangs” trimmed fairly often. Otherwise she has a tendency
to wander through the fences because she doesn’t see them.
